We have everything in Ottawa; amazing nightlife, amazing food, amazing sceneries, and amazing people. That's right, the people. We have visitors from all parts of the world come here, mainly for two things: our government workforce and our education. Now, if you're reading this and you fall into the latter category, you've come to the right place.

I spend about 90% of my time looking at real estate postings on Kijiji, followed by a quick session of me crying internally because the housing in Ottawa is way too expensive for the property you'll get. Either you can expect to pay $2,000 a month for a place that was renovated 15 years ago or, on the other hand, you can expect to pay $1500 for a fairly new place that's downtown but has a living room doubling as a bedroom and kitchen, and a bathroom.

But what if I were to say that you could live somewhere that merges those two living situations together, is actually targeted towards students and best of all, you could actually get paid to live there. Now, I know what you're thinking; either that this must be a scam or that I must be talking about the Ottawa in Illinois but I'm not, I'm talking Canada's capital, baby, and it's 100% legit.

Fahel and Co. is a property management company now managing a brand new apartment that will be ready for students in September 2018 meaning you'll be the first to live there if you move in at that time. The complex is located in Sandy Hill, approximately 3 blocks over from the University of Ottawaand it's being built specifically with millennials in mind.

Each apartment has 1 to 3 bedrooms and each bedroom has it's own bathroom - yea, you read that right, no need to share a bathroom because you'll just have your own. The windows in each complex are extremely large and bring in a lot of light meaning you'll be able to take the most fire photos for the gram. The cherry on top though, is how totally affordable each room is.

Apart from getting paid $100 just to sign your lease before March 31st, you'll also only be looking at a rate of $1450 for a 1 bedroom, $1050 per room in a 2 bedroom, and $970 per room in a 3 bedroom. This means that in addition to getting all the perks of living right next to campus in a brand new building with some amazing amenities, you won't be breaking your bank. Like I said, Fahel and Co. truly has millennials and students in mind with this property.

Make sure to sign your lease for September 2018 before the March 31st deadline to get your $100 bonus! For more information, get in contact with Fahel and Co.
